Fylde Historical Research Bureau was established in Blackpool in 2010 with the aim of providing historical based research services to both the Public and Private sectors.
Founded and run by Scott Oram MA (RCA), the Bureau seeks to make history accessible to all, through the organisation and presentation of photographs, documentation and artefacts.
Scott trained at the Royal College of Art & Victoria & Albert Museum, London, has a BA (Hons) degree in the History of Art, Design & Film and an MA (Distinction) in the History of Design. Scott taught as a Senior Lecturer in Contextual Studies at Liverpool John Moores University for ten years and is a published author.
